Q. How much can I make?
A. The boundaries are unlimited! Depending on how big you want to get, how hard you promote and more importantly how
good (and quick), your customer service and support is. Some resellers make over $1,000 a month! If you host only 5 domains
at 9.99 a month you're already making a profit. Web Hosting is big business on the Internet and constantly growing. You can
grab a share of the market and build your business to any level you desire.
Q. Are there any extra fee's? Will you Raise the Rates?
A. NONE! and NEVER!
Q. Can I host more than 100 domains when I reach that limit?
A. Yes, we can offer you a larger reseller plan if you need one. When you get close to 100 accounts simply
contact us for a price quote to increase your maximum accounts limit.
Q. What about bandwidth?
A. Up to 20 gigabytes per Domain you host. We can help you set up fair guidelines to go by if you need us too.
Generally it is a good idea to offer a few various plans instead of just one.
Q. What about support?
A. We give you unlimited support. We realize that not everyone knows everything about the hosting business and
the support/terms that go with it. If you have a question or are forwarding a question from one of your clients,
we will give you an answer usually within 1 hour and no Longer than 8 Hours.

We no longer offer support for any third party scripts and, we'll give you the reason why:
We simply cannot support any script that is outside of the services we offer or any script which was
purchased through another vendor. Basically, if the script isn't within cPanel or we did not write it, then we
cannot support it.
Most scripts come with a VERY GOOD read me file that fully explains any installation and the better ones
have user forums to report bugs and post solutions to them
We can help you learn the basics like how to create a database and users within that database, how to CHMOD scripts,
how you should upload scripts, and the overall general pratices regarding how to set up scripts for both you and your clients.
Q. Can I run this from my present site or do I have to make a special hosting site?
A. No, you do not have to make any special site, and can add some hosting pages to your existing site.
Why not add extra income to the site you have now!
Q. Do I have to pay to host my site?
A. Absolutely NOT There is no extra charge. 35.00 ($40 with your own Nameservers) monthly no matter what! In Fact,
our resellers often move all their personal sites to their Hosting account to
SAVE Money.
Q. What else do you have I still need convincing?
A. Well get out your calculator and add it up. I'm Sure When you see the recurring income that you can generate month
after month you will say to yourself " I should really try this!"
Also, you can offer EVERYTHING that you see within our web pages. Unlimited subdomains, MYSql databases, EMails,
Autoresponders, forwarders... and MORE. Give your customers great service and support
(we'll help you with your support), and you will be successful. Word of mouth is not only your best friend, it's
also your best source of advertising.

Q. What about my " Acceptable use policy or terms of usage?"
A.You must follow our guidelines with regards to terms of use.
You may copy it and customize it for your own web site. You can also add to the terms all you want but you cannot

their clients, the servers and the network.
